School of Business has endowment fund

The J. Whitney Bunting School of Business received two gifts of $20,000, which will be used to establish the school’s first-ever endowment fund.
Bob McMillan of Milledgeville and Morris Purcell of Macon contributed the money to create the endowment fund.

Bobcat Nights began last Friday, Jan. 25 with a Casino Night. Bobcat Nights are Friday night events now held at GC&SU that start at 9 p.m. and end around 2 a.m. The second Bobcat Night is tonight, and the event is a Super Bowl Pre-Party.

Planning for Mr. & Ms. GC&SU is a huge task

Deadline extensions for Mr. and Ms. GC&SU merely mark the beginning of the changes Joey Villemez hopes will be made before preparation for next year’s big event is at hand.
As president pro-temp of the Student Government Association (SGA), Villemez was responsible for leading the way in homecoming scheduling, planning and coordinating, a task he says is far too much for a student organization to successfully tackle.
