Guidelines

Please send all ads in either .PDF .JPEG or .JPG format. All other formats must be approved by the ad manager prior to submission.

To ensure proper printing please make sure all black and white ads are in Grayscale and all color ads are in CMYK format.

The deadline to submit ads is the Monday before publication. Penalties may incur if copy is not received.

Terms and Policies

1. The Colonnade is not liable for any errors in advertising to a greater extent thant he cost of the space in which the item occurs.

2. The Colonnade reserves the right to edit or reject any advertising copy submitted for publication.

3. The Colonnade does not guarantee placement of ads unless prior approval is made with the editor in chief and ad manager.

4. The Colonnade does not accept advertising concerning firearms or promoting alcohol.

Payment

Payments for all new clients must be made in advance. If payment is not received before the run date, The Colonnade reserves the right to hold the ad until payment is received. The Colonnade only accepts checks or cash for ad payment. NO credit cards will be accepted.

Only established clients that are approved by the ad manager will be billed monthly invoices. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
