Goodrich Hillel Winner of Multicultural Program of the Year

Fresh off their Bobcats Award win for Outstanding Multicultural Program of the Year this past May, the Goodrich Hillel is readying a season of fun for the entire campus! As a worldwide Jewish organization at over 500 colleges for undergraduate and graduate students, Hillel welcomes new freshmen! This year, the club will host their famous challah-baking parties, game nights, movie nights, bagel brunches, Passover Seder, and Hanukkah party. The organization serves as a home away from home for Jewish students and a place to celebrate their identity and share their identity with other students. All of the events are open to all students.

Co-Presidents Sarah Levine and Joey Kublanow look forward to meeting everyone at our upcoming bagels and cream cheese welcome party on Thursday, August 16 at 6PM in the Campus Black Box Theatre Room 218. Faculty advisor Karen Berman is proud to announce the grant received from the national Hillels to support interfaith initiatives. Come join us as we celebrate a year of family and friends and continue our community service work with the Boys and Girls Club.

Students must fill out the form and hand it to their professors within the first week of the semester. With our plans for another Hanukkah/Christmas/Kwaanza celebration, Hillel is proud to serve as an important link to many spiritual groups on campus.
