LITC names new director

Dr. Joe Mocnik joined the Georgia College community this summer as the new Director of the Library and Instructional Technology Center.

Dr. Mocnik moved to Milledgeville from Collegedale, Tennessee where he served as the Director of Libraries at the Southern Adventist University since 2008.  He received his Ph.D. in American History from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, and he received his Masters of Arts in Library and Information Studies from the University College London in the United Kingdom.
