The merit-based scholarship is facing extraordinary issues due to declining lottery revenue College students in Georgia often joke about “losing HOPE,” but that joke is beginning to look more like a possible reality. The Academic Policy Committee is continuing to gather information about and consider the introduction of a plus/minus grading scale for Georgia College students. “There are no proposals from this committee yet.
