The GCSU Athletic Department has named Tiauna Brantley, senior forward for the Lady Bobcats basketball team, its athlete of the week for the week ending Nov. 16.
The GCSU men’s basketball team will face Fort Valley State University on Nov. 21 at 7:30 p.m., and Bobcat fans will “blue-out” the Centennial Center as “Blue Thunder” kicks off the 2008 season.
