Golf wraps up qualifying rounds
The Bobcat golf team wrapped up its fall qualifying on Labor Day.
The five rounds were widespread, from the Milledgeville Country Club to Lake Oconee. These qualifiers determined the top five golfers traveling to the season opener Sept. 7-9 at Kiawah Island, S.C. The traveling team includes returning sophomores Joe Young (All-PBC) and Billy Shida, along with juniors Niclas Johansson (All-PBC) and Francisco Bide. Junior transfer Pedro C. Lima should also make an impact in his first year with the Bobcats.
