The reason behind two sections

The Jan. 19 edition of The Colonnade may have looked a tad confusing when flipping through the pages. A slight printing problem was behind the out of order paper.
The printer used to publish The Colonnade had their printing press brake down and could not print color on the right side of the paper. The Colonnade had two options. One was to print the paper without color, therefore printing some of the color advertisements in black and white, or option two, have the printer print the newspaper in two sections and put them together.
The second option was chosen allowing for The Colonnade to honor the prepaid advertisements.
Before reading this edition of The Colonnade, take the second section and insert it into the middle of the first. This will permit an easy to follow paper.
