The GC&SU Public Safety Report

* On Feb. 23, at 11:57 p.m., Sgt. Ennis observed a vehicle parked on Greene Street in a clearly marked Tow Zone. The vehicle was obstructing the view of motorists who stop at the stop sign on Jackson Street. The vehicle was towed by Old Capitol Towing.

* On Feb. 25, at approximately 4:02 p.m., Officer Lance and Officer Yates noticed the flag missing from Front Campus. The flag was last seen on Feb. 24 at approximately 4:35 p.m. Physical Plant
was called to see if it had been taken down by them. This case is under investigation.

* On Feb. 26, at approximately 10:18 p.m., in the final minutes of the AAA State Finals basketball game, a student from Fellowship Christian Academy fell and suffered a broken leg. EMS was called and transported him to Oconee Regional Medical Center.

* On Feb. 25, at approximately 8:13 a.m., a student reported that her ex-boyfriend had called her cell phone and she did not answer the phone. At approximately 8:16 a.m., he called back and left a text message on her cell phone. This case is under investigation.
