And your point is

What a run she had.

Dr. Ginger Carter aka gschomber will never be forgotten. This woman has taught me so much. AP to girls, gschomber gives her opinion on the topic.

That is gschomber. You are going to hear her opinion whether you want it or not. Three years ago, I walked into a freshman seminar and left that very same day on my way to The Colonnade office. Being a young freshman, I was nervous but gschomber helped me through it.

She has literally become my third mother. I talk to her everyday about anything. She is just that kind of person, always willing to listen. I have talked her ear off several times, always ended in problems being solves not left unsettled.

Richard Diagle is taking on a tough position in replacing such a good person, but he is just as nice and smart. I really liked the fact that gschomber find the perfect person to replace her as advisor of the paper. That meant a lot to all of here is The Colonnade.

We may never thank her enough for all the work she does, so I will say it now Thank You. She makes sure that we work our tails off each week. For that Thank You.

No matter the question gschomber always has the answer. She is my teacher, my advisor but more importantly she is my friend. Thank You for that.

I can’t express how you have changed my life. I know you will still be in room 2-25, and I will still come to visit with questions.

You should enjoy next semester in Belize you deserve it. Hopefully the students you are teaching will learn some of the interesting things you have taught. You have such a unique way of teaching hopefully you know that by now. But just remember when you come back from your trip, I want to hear about all of it.

Georgia College & State University needs to thank you for what you did to The Colonnade. Each year, the paper has won awards and because of the work you did with the staff that year. You put on MediaFest and made that a success, with over 160 students coming to the last event. It seems success follows you, but there is a good reason for that.

Between you and Dr. Land, the mass communication program has become so powerful on this campus. Students now want to come to GC&SU for the mass communication program.

Thank You for everything you taught me and will teach me once you get back from Belize.

Gschomber remember this one thing: I’ll bring the beers I’ll bring the beers.

What a run she had.
