Georgia College & State University men’s basketball coach Terry Sellers bolstered his roster for next season with the signing of Kedrick Larry. Larry, a 6’4″ guard/forward originally from Port St. Joe, FL, will transfer to GC&SU from Santa Fe Community College in Florida.

Letter to the Editors

Dear Editors,

Imagine that you taught here at Georgia College & State University for 53 years, a dormitory was named in your honor, several yearbooks were dedicated to you, and you gave the students here your whole life.
Thirty years later, about the main thing that remains of your legacy is the building named in your honor, which, because of new housing plans at GC&SU, will be torn down, destroying your memory.

The Voice

If parking isn’t enough of a hassle, will all students have housing in the coming years at Georgia College? Georgia College & State University finally started construction on the new housing facilities this past week. As President Rosemary DePaolo was seen all over Milledgeville papers taking the first steps in demolishing Parkhurst apartments, which won’t be done till August of 2004, the apartments on West campus should be finished in December of this year.

Well, it’s almost over. The end of another school year is upon us. There is only one more issue of The Colonnade, and that one will be a special edition.
We have all overcome some type of struggle to get to where we are today. That place does not matter if you are graduating, if you are a freshman or even if you are a professor or administrator.
