2001 holiday Progressive Dinner

The 2001 Progressive Dinner will be held on Wednesday, November 28th. Now in its ninth year, the Progressive Dinner has become an annual GC&SU tradition. The evening begins with appetizers, music, and festive conversation in the Hoke Dining Room. Next, participants travel to the home of a faculty or staff host for a home-cooked meal. The evening concludes with a grand finale of dessert and music at the Cathy Alumni House.

All students who are interested in participating need to complete a Student Registration Form. The forms and dinner schedules are available in the Student Affairs Office — 214 Lanier Hall. All registration forms should be returned to Jennifer Brooker in person or via campus mail at CBX 027. The deadline to register for the 2001 Progressive Dinner is Friday,
November 9th. Participation will be limited to the first 150 students who register.

Also, because this is the season for giving, The G.I.V.E. Center will be holding a canned-food drive at the beginning of the evening. Students and hosts are each asked to bring one or two canned food items. The G.I.V.E. Center will have a drop box outside of Hoke Dining Room, and the canned goods will be donated to a local food pantry.
